I was reminded that my favorite yearly retreat is not only coming up soon, but that it is a vegetarian weekend (virtually/easily vegan, without much problem). If Racine, WI isn’t too far to travel, you might enjoy this weekend as much as I do:

SUMMER MEDITATION-INTENSIVE RETREAT
With Raj Alwa, the Sisters of St. Mary, & Travis Du Priest
Periods of silent meditation, with sitting, breathing, and meditation
instruction by Raj Alwa of Sai Clinic in Lake Geneva; simple danced-
movement meditations led by the Sisters of St. Mary; and time for
spiritual conversation with Fr. Du Priest by appointment. Massages
also available by individual appointment.
Registration 4:00-6:00p.m. on Friday through a Meditative Eucharist
Followed by Festive Brunch on Sunday morning.
