For anyone who ‘must’ eat turkeys

But it does give a lot of information about factory farming, health aspects, the reason turkeys taste so bland and have to be “doctored up” so much, and the alternatives — how to choose a turkey that might be a “heritage” bird (one that hasn’t been genetically modified), and might have been more humanely raised. Please read this article (it may require registration, which probably takes about a minute), and keep it in mind for Christmas, if you can’t convince yourself or your family to try a nut roast or some other meatless alternative for your next holiday’s main course.
