I just found this while Googling for something similar I saw on ABC late tonight. (I didn’t find what I was looking for.)

(If everyone in the US cut their meat consumption by 20%, it would theoretically reduce the number of farmed animals we kill each year by 2 billion. But don’t just “eat less beef” only to switch to some other species. Go vegan.)
